Over four days, you will take part in a nourishing immersion that weaves
together yoga, conscious cooking, and time in nature.
The cuisine is simple, seasonal, and inspired by the principles of
macrobiotics, adapted to the time of year and to the needs of the participants.
The days follow a gentle and flexible rhythm, leaving space for listening,
integration, and connection with the lush land of Zee Barn.
