In this retreat, we acknowledge the changes in Nature and work on replenishing our energy levels as we get ready for the winter months. You will learn proven effective mind-altering techniques that you can use wherever you are while we also practice various breathing (pranayamas) and Yoga (asanas) that are guaranteed to change our lethargic energies into vital and balanced states of being.

At Zee Barn, we design programs that are beautifully charged with lots of love and dedication. This dedication will also be shared through organic & authentic homegrown foods that will also be prepared in primarily macrobiotic vegetarian and vegan meals. You get to experience off-grid living on our permaculture farm while also breathing in the beautiful surroundings and forest gardens. Our daily guided meditations and yoga sessions will help you shift your being, while our hang music and the sound journey will give you the blend of movement with also going within and finding blissful stillness.
