Where else can we find a deep connection and sense of fullness?

It's time to start blooming and emerging again.  Nature is giving us again the opportunity to breathe, nourish ourselves with the great outdoors and light a little fire while making time to enjoy this brief life experience.

In this retreat, we acknowledge these changes in Nature and work on replenishing our energy levels. You will learn proven effective mind-altering techniques that you can use wherever you are while we also practice various breathing (pranayamas) and Yoga (asanas) that are guaranteed to change our lethargic or lazy energies into vital and balanced states of being.

We came on this planet to be joyous, free, abundant, natural and connected. 

Join us for this 4 days retreat where we share practices that gear us into these states while also learning about permaculture as an incredible toolkit to design a resilient lifestyle wherever we are. At Zee Barn, we design programs that are beautifully charged with lots of love and dedication. 

This dedication will also be shared through organic & authentic homegrown foods that will also be prepared in primarily macrobiotic vegetarian and vegan meals. You get to experience off-grid living on our permaculture farm while also breathing in the beautiful surroundings and forest gardens.
