4 Day Yoga & Permaculture Immersion

Yoga & Permaculture connection with Nature is our way of life. At Zee Barn, we practice daily and we follow the Cycles of Nature to balance our work and our daily activities. On this retreat, you will benefit from our various practices while we will support you to embody a healthy connection with yourself and others. This is a 4-day retreat that runs throughout the season on various dates. The next dates are  2- 5 September 2021.

 The following  enriching experiences are what we offer during your stay:

• Gardening & seasonal permaculture activities (or free time if you choose)
• 2 Macrobiotic Vegetarian Food/Meal Preparations (vegan friendly) brunch & dinner
• Daily  Hatha Vinyasa Yoga class (1.5hrs)
• Meditation (Kundalini meditation using Angka ( Secret Number) as our meditation key )
• Breathwork and movement
• Sound bath with Hang drum and other instruments
• Relaxation time & excursions to secret Nature spots
• Free time (we recommend a few places nearby like beaches for chilling or surfing, walks in Nature, visiting the charming town of Ericeira or other historical sites in our close region)

Check-in time is 2.00 pm on Thursday while checkout time is 2.00 pm on Sunday

We have created this program that has helped so many people to reconnect with nature and their inner self while shifting the elusive boundaries of confinement. Both Yoga & Permaculture are sciences that lead us to growth, truth, and connection while empowering us with good health and harmonic rhythms. As human beings we are all entitled to living in bliss and peace, however, modern-day life is full of stressful triggers that distract us from our inner peace. 

Throughout this program, we share a treasure of tools that you will surely enjoy, but more importantly, use effectively for the rest of your life. We live in gratitude for the gifts that we have received and can share with others. This retreat is a way how we extend our ecosystem by welcoming you to participate and share the abundance around us. Please understand that our way of life is simple and meaningful by choice.
